👋 Welcome to the Fruition Affiliate Program!
These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your participation in our Affiliate Program (the "Program") and establish the terms and conditions of the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Affiliate Marketing Guidelines
Self-referrals are not allowed
You are not permitted to sign up for Fruition through your own affiliate link. If we detect any self-referrals, your account will be permanently banned and any commission earned will be forfeited.Abuse or attempting to mislead
We do not tolerate attempts to abuse our affiliate system. Any attempt to mislead, manipulate or defraud us or potential customers will result in your account being permanently banned. This includes posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites or engaging in any other activity that violates our policies.No search engine ads, Facebook ads, or other ads that compete with our own marketing
You are not allowed to run any search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads, or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and potentially cause confusion for customers. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we detect any such activity.No pretending to be acting on behalf of us (i.e. as an employee)
You are not allowed to impersonate us or pretend to be acting on our behalf. This includes posing as an employee or representative of our company.Publication disclosure requirements
You will comply with all applicable Federal Trade Commission rules, regulations, and guidelines, any other applicable laws, and all social media platform requirements and restrictions. These requirements may include tagging posts with certain hashtags indicating the post is a paid advertisement or disclosing the connection between the Parties
2. Intellectual property usage
You may only use approved intellectual property and brand marks like logos, icons, and brand assets to promote Fruition and its products and services. Affiliates will receive a welcome packet and access to approved materials upon approval into the program. Additionally, you will have access to our marketing team if you have questions about acceptable use of our intellectual property. You will be responsible for any and all damages resulting from unauthorized use of our Intellectual Property
Fruition reserves the right to use content created by you during the Program for the purposes of promoting Fruition and its products and services for marketing purposes with credit given to you by reasonable effort. e.g. tagging or mentioning your social handle.

4. Affiliate tracking methods
Through Tolt, you have access to an affiliate dashboard where you can track the number of member conversions attributed to you through your affiliate links and promo codes and see your expected commission payout.
5. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for the Program at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to the Terms of Service on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the changes and comply with the updated terms
6. Exclusivity
Your participation in the Program is non-exclusive. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, both you and Fruition are free, during and after the duration of your participation in the Program to engage or contract with third parties for the provision of services similar to those outlined as part of the Program.
7. Termination
Either of us may terminate our relationship at any time, with or without cause. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing you with written notice via email; however, in the event you do not adhere to the Affiliate Program Terms of Service, we may terminate your participation in the Program immediately upon, and you will forfeit all commissions.
